What’s the cancellation policy?

Must be at least 25 to rent with us! Once you book your rental date, you can cancel and get a full refund or request an alternate date anytime prior to 7 days before the rental date. Within 6-2 days prior to reservation you can cancel with a 75% refund. No-shows or canceling the day of will be charged the full rental rate. Deposits are non-refundable.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, you may bring food, drinks, snacks, and alcohol. THE CAPTAIN/DRIVER CANNOT DRINK ALCOHOL!! NO EXCEPTIONS ! Must follow law and be at least 21 to consume.
We ask that you remove all trash and personal items from the rental upon return.
Excessive uncleanliness and trash left on board may incur an excessive cleaning fee.

Bad weather policy?

Our priority is to ensure you have a fun and safe experience. In confirmation of bad weather, WE will cancel your reservation based on confirmed complete rain out (not forecasted).

You will have 7 days to reschedule your booking to a new date.

You can choose any date between now and end of season (10/31/21). If you would like a holiday weekend there would be a price difference owed due to holiday pricing.

All rescheduling communication will be via phone or email, and communicated within a reasonable time after confirming bad weather.

What are the age limits

Must be at least 25 to rent with us! Passengers can be any age but minors must have parent/legal guardian present and must be present at check-in to show ID. Must bring own U.S. Coast Guard Approved life jacket for any child under 30 pounds. You can find these at any Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Target, etc. any persons under 13 must wear life jacket at all times. The driver of the boat must be 30 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS !

What is the deposit Policy?

Deposits are $200 and NON-REFUNDABLE. If you opted to pay the $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment option, the full payment is due the day of the reservation.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

You are allowed to reschedule 1 time, 7 days prior to booking date. You cannot reschedule within cancellation policy period.

Can I bring my pet?

Although we love our furry family, pets are not allowed on boats.
